26 Countryman JCW quirks

Hello all,
I was kicking around the idea of another Mini. Dealer nearby has a 26 JCW Countryman. Test drive went well, handling was fine, couldn’t figure how to shut off the fake engine noise tho. So the OLED screen is not my thing. How are you folks adapting to the screen? What kind of quirks have you found so far?

Thanks,
Mike

I am not a fan of the new central control panel in the new Minis. My suggestion would be to find an F60 JCW that fits your budget.

the control screen took some getting used to for sure, I miss the toggle switches and *****. Just takes a few extra seconds with the screen is all. Once you get used to it, it’s not all that bad. Happy bmw finally have the mini some decent power.
