Gas in Oil

2012 R56 N16 w/180,000. Engine oil pretty much smells like gas and it’s only got 500miles on it. Power is great sometimes but later in the same
drive I can go to accelerate and it just gets louder without the “zip”. It doesn’t blow smoke at all, BlueDriver live data is within spec(coolant temp, STFT&LTFT, timing advance etc) still get 35-36mpg highway, Just changed timing belt with kit from mini mania. New spark plugs. Coilpacs ain’t real old, I’ve got two VANOS solenoids otw, I’m replacing the PCV tmrw. I am however experiencing blow-by after warmup but a vacuum is present if you slightly lift the oil cap off. I’m at a loss fellas because I need to squeeze another 20-30k out of this Engine. I’m doing a compression test tmrw along with a bore scope cylinder peek. My mechanic said he thinks it’s rings/walls but i don’t understand how I would still get great mileage with no smoke

Compression test was my first thought. What were the results?
