Won’t Start After Flood

Hey Guys, I’m from ct and recently got flooded. I’ve got a 2015 cooper coupe non turbo which I love. The water level reached enough to get right under my seat. I tried starting it the day after the flood when all the water dried up and found the battery was dead. I tried jumping it and it cranked but wouldn’t kick over. I waited 2 more days tried again with the jump and still wouldn’t kick over. Is there something I should check before having it towed to the shop? Thanks for any tips.

Oh no. Just filed. Really hope it’s not dead I’ve only had it less than two years.

check/replace the fuse box behind the passenger kick panel. that's the gate way to all the electronics in the car.

checked fuses and didn’t find any bad ones. My insurance is towing it tomorrow to my local mini shop. The shop told me it’s most likely totaled.

by checking the fuse box, I didn't refer to the fuses and relays, but rather to the box itself as a whole. if you check some of my posts, I revived 6 flooded minis two of which are still in my possession and running fine. If the shop doesn't know what they're doing, they will total it.
