Hey,

I have a 2010 Mini copper s that one day it drove fine home from work. Next morning I got the amber gear icon on the display and the transmission started acting up. Jerks when placed in reverse and in drive will automatically go into theirs gear. I scanned it and the code 4E49 electronic pressure control valve SLC3. Ordered and replaced the solenoids and it still doing the same thing. I verified the harness in the process and did not see any damage, and also disconnected/cleaned/inspected the harnesses that connect to the transmission with no luck. Any help will be greatly appreciated. To make matters worst where I live The are no mechanics that are willing to work on it.
