I just spoke with Century Mini in SC and they want $1500 to install the kit-
If I install the kit and take it there for the tune- $300 to install tune
ECS has the kit for 1786.07 and the Chrome tips are $65 each / Carbon Fiber $269.00 each
Looks like I will install myself

The reason I ask is because MINI of Bedford has it cheaper than ECS. As of writing this it’s $1,432 before tax and shipping.

It was cheaper for me to buy direct from MINI dealer vs. ECS. I have found ECS is not remotely competitive on OEM MINI parts. I'm not saying they're a bad company, but if price is a consideration better off looking somewhere else.

I ended up having the MINi dealer install the whole lot JCW brake kit and tune kit. I had zero desire to polish the garage floor with my shirt.

Did you ever get it installed, we are finding that the 2020+ does not have a Tune or require a flash from the factory install PDF.
