Best tuner for 2011 Ckubman S

Ok, so I just purchased my first mini, 2011 clubman s and I'm looking for a little more performance out of it. I don't want to do the upgraded muffler and put a lot of aftermarket engine upgrades to it. So, I was looking at tuners and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction; what should I get?
