Water pump opinion

I getting ready to swap my alternator do to some issues. Going to replace belt along with tensioner while I'm there. My mini is an 04 with 84k on her. I plan on changing the seal sensor on the front of the block. Since they are known for leaking
I wondering if I should just go ahead an replace my water pump since I will be in the same spot as the alternator. I will be removing the radiator along with the support.
Any opnions.
Oh I doing the manual trans fluid as well.

only need to replace it if it's leaking.

And you don't have to remove the radiator or front end to do the alternator. You just slide them forward a little it's really easy.
