Free Roadside Assistance

I purchased my Mini new in 2014. One the driver side door is a phone number to call for roadside assistance. I've never had to call it but wondered how long does this free service last? If I had to call today would they tell me it expired years ago?
Thanks

" Our Roadside Assistance comes standard with every new MINI for the first 4 years (miles are unlimited) anywhere in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, offering towing, locked-out service, and on-site assistance."
From MINIUSA

New exteneded levels also: https://www.miniusa.com/content/dam/...t-Brochure.pdf
You have to call and see if that was bought or extended and see if some transfers.

get AAA

in the early years MINI USA assist was AAA

I've never waited more than 30 minutes for AAA to show up ..... and as a Mini owner as well as a MINI owner, I don't leave home without it

I had AAA a few years ago, second time I've been a member. My BMW 540i wouldn't start and the guy they sent didn't know where the battery was and couldn't speak English. They finally had to send a flat bed truck.

I remember back in the day when AAA sent people who knew cars, no longer true in many cases.

Don't leave home without it. Just had my crank pulley fail 115 miles from my house this past weekend. Cost me $30 to get towed home thanks to AAA. Blew a rear brake line on my truck last month while I was going to buy a couch. Limped it there, loaded the couch, and called AAA to have the whole thing hauled home. The flatbed driver thought it was pretty amusing.

Even the guy that hauled my Mini home this past weekend admitted he's not a car guy, he just drives a flatbed for a living. And he was good at that, I rode with him for two hours and was completely comfortable. AAA is great for getting your car home, can't say I've ever relied on them for service.

FWIW, the "free" assistance is only free if you are stuck due to a mechanical failure.
I got stuck in high water and needed a tow. Cost me a pretty penny and the tow company they sent out was horrid. I'm still dealing with issues with them.
