Great video & beautiful scenery, especially for those who've ridden the Dragon. The only difference is that I don't know the names of most corners, or I gave nicknames like "WHEEEEE!!!!!", "That was close" and "Screaming Michelins".

In late March of 2016 I was returning northwards from South Georgia Motorsports Park, having just competed on the SCCA Solo Dixie Nationals.

At the time I had Gollum III - the B38 H Street car, with the usual set of Bridgestone RE-71 tires - thoroughly scuffed from the two day event.

Just when we caught the southeastern access to the Dragon, headed for Dennis and Jane's place at the north end, nature played me a trick.

A spring snowstorm stood in our way, and I assure you doing the Dragon when snow covered, and with the completely wrong tires, was nerve wracking to put it mildly.

I think it took over half an hour, and I don't remember blinking at all...

I do not think I would like to try that again.

Pretty as heck though - that I do remember.

Cheers,

Charlie
