What is the MINI Connect dial called?

On the MINI connect what is the dial called? The dial on the center console. Im missing the top of mine and want to try and get it replaced

That's glued to it, can it still function and twist? If so You might look at a junkyard otherwise you would need new. At a junkyard it would be just the whole unit also.
