So just had Lou Homsher of Prototype R do a Manic stage 2 tune on my 2009 JCW......all i can say is WOW! Lou is a super nice guy who guided me thru the hardware necessities and then met me close to Naples to upgrade the factory software and install the tune.
i couldn’t be happier.....I have a new , faster, hair trigger throttle responsive car and didn’t stop smiling the whole 1 hour home.......took me 1.5 hours to get there btw!!!!!

Hi Mark. It was a pleasure meeting you. Great looking Mini BTW and I'm glad your happy with the results. Although I did warn you the trip home might be a little quicker

Glad I found this post using the search feature, since I have a 05 JCW and will be installing a 17% Pulley along with a Dominator Cam and looking to run E85 if possible.
Im in no rush but I will be looking for either a DIY Standalone ECU or taking it to a local guy with good knowledge of this. (Im not OK with shipping my ECU somewhere risking it to be damage, I just feel uncomfortable doing so.)
