What grease to use?

We have a R59.

What type of grease should I get to:

- Grease door lock/handles - They tend to get really hard to open after a few washes. We had it greased when it was still under warranty. Now I have to find how to do this myself.

- Grease for the moving rear spoiler arm mechanism - I've started to noticed slight rusting on the mechanism arms that opens the rear spoiler. I want to correct that asap, winters I tell ya...

- Grease to protect general body areas from prematuraly rusting. I've noticed right away that BMW mini is using grease on door panels for example. It's the first car I have that did that. I'm not against it but I don't know what is used for that.

It's important I get something that will not cause freezing issues during the cold winter.

Thx!
