Is the WMW website down? I've been trying to access the website for over a month now and I get a cryptic error message about the site not returning data. I tried on all my computers, tablet, and phone.

Shopping around for parts and can't compare with WMW because of this. I assume they are still in business.

For some reason it just doesn't for me. Keeps saying the server dropped the connection. Try again later. Weird.

 

Have you rebooted your router? Look up deleting bad DNS records, might be an issue.

Is you phone using wifi or the phone network? Try it without wifi if it isn't off already.

Maybe they don't want to ship to Canada and somehow shut off domain requests?

 

Thanks for the router tip. I'll look not that but I did try from my phone over the cell only and still the same. Maybe Trump built a virtual wall? lol. I never get shipped across the border. Since I'm only a couple of kilometres (sorry miles ;-0) from the border I ship to a US address.

 

WMW does not ship out of the US and his site does block out of US connections .... according to previous posts here on NAM

Also as mentioned, I always ship to a US address. So no international shipping. Oh well, there are plenty other vendors.

you could try a phone call if you can ship to a US address but web site also says he's currently having phone issues .... 770-234-9965

Unfortunately, you can't access WMW through a non-US ISP.

I ordered from Way in the past, before non-US web access was blocked. I loved doing doing business with him but understand how international orders and shipping were a huge PITA.

 

Upon further thought, if you are going to order to a US address try loading Opera Browser, set the VPN location to the USA and see if that works.

It's not a true VPN from what I have read but it does work. I've done an internet speed test using it and it defaults to European locations.

 

Just use a proxy to access the website and a US P.O. box!

Edit: Come to think about it, I'm not too sure about the safety of entering important information through a public proxy. Does Way's website allow paypal transactions?
