Help identifying exhaust and downpipe.

I got this exhaust and downpipe and the seller said that it was custom made by someone. Does anyone recognize them? The welds look good and overall quality seems on par. It's for R56

Could have been a muffler shop that built it, most places would have markings or the company on the tips. Kind of looks like the JCW tuning kit look tips, but without the angle cut.

The welds do not look bad but I am wondering if it is an Ebay chinese special.

Well I paid $100 for both so a good deal even if they're made in China.

Went ahead and installed the downpipe. Sounds more throaty and the pops are way louder. Now I gotta install the muffler and get Mario's tune and im ready for some cruisin

You will get pros and cons on the ebay specials. I bought one used from a guy and had good luck with it. I had people come up and ask me what it was. The guy did have a resonator welded in midstream but whatever it had a great sound and no drone.

Oh yes I know. People have been putting in a resonator instead of the 2nd cat and that's what I'm planning to do if there is drone

Bet it has some drone if it's a no name exhaust. Good luck.

Yeah, just go ahead and get the resonator. The pops won't be as wild (unfortunately) but it's a lot easier to live with if you drive it every day.
