Urgent JB+ Issue

I recently installed a JB+ and it worked fine. However, I went to get an inspection on done and forgot to take it off. It failed inspection of course, the mechanic said that the computer was unreadable as if someone had just done a reset. Fair enough, when I got I removed it and drove the car for the next 400 miles. This weekend I went to get another inspection and it failed again the coed was something like (computer not ready). So I think its the JB+ that caused this. What can I do to get the computer to reset back to original, so that I can pass inspection, and stop driving around like a red flag.

When you reset your OBD there are a series of tests the ECU has to complete for the car to be considered "ready". Each readiness test needs a specific drive cycle and while it seems very unlikely, maybe some test didn't get the drive cycle it needed in the 400 miles you drove.

You were right.. It was due to the drive cycles not being complete. After 400 miles of driving you would figure they would be complete. It passed inspection and I reinstalled the JB+. Shes running like a rocket.
