I'm looking into upping the HP on my mini (make it kind of a sleeper) I know I can get enough power out of the engine to almost make the car useless, any thoughts on what to do, or what to definitely not to do?

Instead of restating all of this, try searching for JB+ or Manic tune, those seem to be most popular. I used the JB on my 2011 and was pleased with it. Manic is more customizable and powerful.

 

if you want to keep it stock: JB+ or Manic stage 1. if you change intercooler and downpipe you can go Manic stage 2. i would think 'sleeper' starts at stage 2.
