Hello all. New member here.

I bought my MINI used (2015 F55 with 8k miles). My parking lights is yellow/halogen while the headlights is white LED. Please see the below pics. While driving at night, in Auto lights setting, both the headlights and parking lights are turned ON. It bothers me that one is white and other is yellow.

Picked up two LED 2825 bulbs from Autozone and installed it. Looks great - exactly what I wanted, but there is now a 'Parking lamp malfunction' message in the dash. How to get rid of this? Have any of you installed LED parking lights which do not cause this warning? If so, could you please share the link to purchase those bulbs?

Can these dash warnings be ignored? Are these serious enough to cause wiring/electrical problems?

 

Found a solution. Ordered these from Amazon - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It works perfectly and the error is gone.
