Help identifying my Mini............

I recently purchased a 2007 MCS. I've only ever seen the seats in my Mini on JCW Mini's. I have run the VIN and it really doesn't tell me much (at least that I can understand anyway).

Is my interior stock? The build states that it was built with 16" rims, these are 17's.............I know those are easy enough to swap out, but swapping an entire interior.......

Thanks

^ what he said. Also, It's stock bud. The wheels are stock MINI wheels, maybe not stock for your MINI, but coulda been changed out by the dealer. I've seen those seats before but in brown.

I've seen it only in a few, is it a select year offering or anything like that. It's in great condition, very little wear on it for its age. Was really looking for some insight to it.

I bought it as a daily driver not to wear out my E90. So far, I'm enjoying it, small and fast

They're just the premium leather option. Your car isn't a special edition or anything like that. There's interior badging on any special editions, you'd notice it.

That's the Lounge Leather option available for 1st gen and 2nd gen. AFAIK, not exclusive to JCW's as it was more of a luxury option, not a sport option. The seat bottoms should be fully rolled like the backs, not flat. MINI had to do this in the US because rolls were not compatible with the US mandated seat occupancy sensors. You can see what the seats should look like if you search google for images.

I think the Bullet wheels were only optional on the convertibles so the previous owner probably bought a used set, or take-offs.

I've found that this decoder: http://bimmer.work/ has worked the best at deciphering more of the vin than any of the others I've found out in the interwebs...
