QuickJack 5000 Review
Just used mine for extended 3 weeks and worked great. I also noticed no movement with rolling or movement due to having car in gear OR parking brakes applied. Only thing I'm not crazy about is one of the small cylinder is still not holding air as they should. Support has told me that once the units break in the air cylinder aren't even needed. The unit I have is the 7000SLX... use a 3" block in the back and 2" in the front, worked perfectly on my R53.

The key here is the different blocks. If you use a single size you need to leave the car in neutral otherwise whichever one contacts first will be rotated out of position. If you use the little jack pads (round with a rectangular boss), they will slip off the block entirely if one contacts first.
I do. It also depends if you're using the jack points, the pads, a 2x4, etc.
On mine, with the blocks and jack pads (into the rectangular receivers underneath the car) the CM has to be in neutral otherwise the fronts will slide out of position. If you stagger the blocks it may not be as bad but I slipped off the first several times until I figured it out.
7000TL goes on sale at Costco ~twice per year. Seems to be $1250-1500 CAD, seems to vary depending on location.
They go on sale in the US as well, probably similar to whatever that converts to.

Lots of space (nearly 2ft) under the car for activites. I did my exhaust, brakes, intercooler, resonator delete, and some other stuff on it and enjoyed the extra clearance.
It's heavier than jackstands, but can be set up in less time than jackstands. I can see myself still using a jack for working on a single corner or changing wheels, but the stability and space to work is nice.
People say it is 'in the way' but unless you're working specifically on something around/above the jack points, the only way this is 'in the way' is that you can't get under the car from the sides - but 99% of stuff under the car is at one end or the other anyway.
I also don't really like the small blocks. Something larger would stop you from having to adjust the blocks a few times as you're bringing the frame up the first 2 inches.
