OEM/Recochem blue Euro antifreeze any good?

Nearest Mini dealer is 90 minutes away so I hate to drive there for just for a can of oil or jug of antifreeze, but finding an alternative for the Mini products is usually harder than it would seem.

Looking for a locally-available alternative for BMW/Mini antifreeze I noticed a new one in several store, "OEM" (dumb name!) from Recochem in Canada, that appears to maybe be a serious attempt to supply a Euro antifreeze.

Blurb read:
EM Premium Extended Life - EURO I Antifreeze/Coolant meets or exceeds performance requirements ASTM D3306, BS6580, ASTM D6210-10, ASTM D7583 and recommended for use with VW TL774G+. It is recommended for use in BMW®, Mercedes-Benz®, Volvo® and other newer model light duty gasoline or diesel powered vehicles requiring a nitrite, amine and phosphate (NAP) free, OAT engine coolant. This ethylene glycol based antifreeze/coolant uses Hybrid Organic Acid Technology (HOAT) to provide extended protection against rust, corrosion and pitting caused by cavitation for all coolant system metals, including aluminum. *When properly diluted and added as an initial fill, this coolant provides up to 150,000 miles or 5 years service life protection in automotive applications. For best results, do not mix with conventional high pH, phosphate, borate or silicate based antifreeze/coolant.
APPLICATION: Newer model light duty gasoline or diesel powered vehicles requiring a nitrite, amine and phosphate (NAP) free, OAT engine coolant.

RECOMMENDED FOR: BMW, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, Mini, Smart, Volvo

Any thoughts? I'm always suspicious when a product says "recommended for BMW" rather than "Meets BMW specification" but maybe I am being too fussy.

Meets BMW specification probably costs them money and the licensing from BMW, the way they sell it gets them clear of that. I would not fear using it. People put all sorts of generic drugs in themselves and then freak out about what goes in the car.

Has to be the blue color fluid and meet the requirements like these, : All these linked Meet it.

And here is the MINI Coolant that is Blue in color. Its concentrated, so it will have to be mixed with distilled water 50/50.
