Way to go! I quit in '05, right after I got my MCS. I quit smoking so I could better afford the car payment. My MINI saved my life.

I know I've already posted to this thread, but I'll be 44 in a month. Where'd the time go?!?

I'm 48. A little snow on the roof, but feeling like I'm 18. I only wish I knew then what I know now, and I wish I had then what I have now. Life - - - what a journey!!!!!

 

No, being in school is not bad at all. Its just that I am getting to finish line.

18 . Bought a Jeep Wrangler as my first car for $5,500 (50/50 with my parents), drove it 13 months and sold it for $10,900. Bought my first MINI Tuesday for $11,500 (Got a little boost for graduating highschool early). The Jeep was fun but not practical for going away to college. If I never bought it, I would not have been able to buy my MINI. Nothing but smiles from here on out.

Im 20 and just got my mini a little less than a week ago. Its a 2006 BRG MCS, black/tan leather, basically fully loaded.

I be starting my first year of 49 forever at the end of the month. All hail Jack Benny.

 

I have a full time job, too, in addition to graduate school.

 

I started my first year of 24 a few months back. I figure I will be 24 until I am "30" and then I will be 28 till im 40. Thats my story and im stickin to it.

 

Looks like the average age has really dropped since the new MINI came out in '02. At first it was mostly men from maybe 45-65 who were buying them. I suppose they remembered the original Mini. and generally had more money for toys.

Now there is a much wider range of ages, and the male/female ratio, I'm guessing on this, has moved to the majority female side.

In summary, most everyone likes the MINI, and that's a good thing.

53 and better than ever.

 

63 and retired. I want to be like Walter Matthau when I grow up. (If I ever do.)
