With the car pulling out on a 40mph road going 10 with not a ton of distance I am not ok with that, If someone does that and makes an effort to speed up, fine with me still an idiot for not waiting 5 seconds to pull out but ok they made an effort. The Honda however pulled out and proceeded to go 10mph on a green light with a distance of over 500ft till a corner, that is why I honked because he couldn't wait and could have caused a mishap given someone wasn't paying attention like a lot of these drivers do.
