OK, so I took the official kit image (because it was a higher resolution) turned it into a black and white image and moved the labels in such a manner that they will print out on CafePress's 5"x3" vinyl label.
I ordered one and with the economy shipping it will get to me Jan 11-15. I'll post some photos once I've put a couple in the car
The base price of the label is $2.99 and I've added 2 cents to that price for two reasons 1) they charge you $1.99 for basic shipping and that way the cost will come out to a nice round $5 figure and 2) if 150 people buy one of these stickers, I'll have gotten the one I ordered for free.

Would you mind posting a link for ordering these? Searched for about ten minutes with no luck.

I left the link off on purpose. I was hoping to get a set first to evaluate their quality before publishing the link, but the cat is out of bag.
What gets me is that if I go into my store it asks me to set the base price of my product and I set it at $3.01 and it p*sses me off that they have jacked up the price nearly two bucks, but if I had a legal team to read every word of their user agreement I'm sure I'd find out they can do whatever they want with pricing...
Oh, I knew it wasn't you. CP just decided to get their bite of the apple first. They jacked it up to $5.99 and then reduced it to $4.95 to make it look good.
I think I'll wait for your evaluation of the finished product before making up my mind now. It's not something that I just have to have right now anyway. Thanks to you for going to all the trouble to get this started. I have a feeling there are quite a few people that'll want them. Now you've reminded me that I have a couple sheets of the decals of cars for the outside...... somewhere.

Yeah, they probably saw - new product with 2 quick sales - better make some money on this while it's hot.

Back in 2003 (after seeing "The Italian Job") we test drove a Mini thinking it might serve as a replacement for out aging Miata. We didn't buy one, but the dealer gave us a sheet of those silhouettes and I put a couple of them on the driver's fender of the Miata for a while. Swore I had a photo, but just went looking for it and can't find one anywhere. Hope you have better luck with locating the physical than I did with the digital.

Sorry about that. I’ve had good and bad stickers, decals, buttons and lattes for $5 so I took a risk. If they don’t work out for the MINI, I’ll use them to label monitor buttons.
Stickers arrived in the mail today. They look good...but kind of too glossy and I'm afraid they will not blend in that great to the otherwise matte finish of the interior. Tomorrow it is supposed to get into the upper 30's here in South Carolina, so I'll probably stick a couple on and post the photo.
OK, so I cut out a few stickers and put them over the lower toggles on our R56.
I don't know about the 1st gen cars, but when I cut close to the lines they were a little too wide for the end spots. The camera flash highlights all the negatives - dust, glossy labels and even the white substrate of the vinyl - but all and all they don't look half bad in person. CafePress has put the price back down to where I had it, so the choice is yours, $5.00 for a bit of whimsy or a Starbuck's Frappuccino.

It's been a while, not sure you are still here...My original stickers had worn down so I recently ordered the stickers you made based on the measurements I provided above. Thanks for putting them out there. I wish they were precut but other than that they are pretty good. Since I was refreshing the '04 r50, I also added a red bling sticker from a craft store to the blank toggle spot. I can't believe this car is nearing 20 years (production date 12/03).
