electical nightmares

I got caught in a storm on my motorcycle.
iPhone got wet, more like very humid.
Didn't know phone had serious issues until I docked it into the 2009 R56.
All stereo life is dead including bluetooth and entire screen menu. All fuses good, even opened up dash to reveal the 10a fuse on the backside of radio, thats good too. Harness jacks are getting 12a.
Unplugged the battery for 30 minutes hoping for some miracle computer reset.
After putting everything back together no change, except for more trouble, now the interior fan won't work (is getting power).

Dealership is 150 miles away.

Any advice?
