Rotating tires
Rotating tires
When one rotates the mini tires should it be front left to rear left and rear left to front left or front left to rear right and front right to rear left?
I never really rotated my tires but I want to start now.
Tnx

Depends.
If your tires are directional, you can only rotate on the same sides.
If not, you the recommended way is usually:
r rear to r front, l rear to l front, r front to l rear, l front to r rear,
(or is it the other way around - probably doesn't matter).

The tires have arrows molded into the sidewall. If they're bi-directional the arrows will point both ways. Proper front wheel drive, bi- directional rotation is; front straight back, rear cross left to right - right to left. Directional tires same side only. It all depends on the tread pattern and design purpose of the tire. Most all seasons are 'bi' while performance tires are usually not.
All statements are, of course, conditional based on manufacturer's specifications or the end user's WAG interpretation.

I prefer the X method of rotation.
