Oh SNAP! And I SOLD my JCW for a Justa! Oh heaven have mercy!

Actually being only marginally cool is a lot less responsibility than was being majorly cool, which is pretty cool in itself.

Chill,

Charlie

It's funny, no offense to the cool people with muscle cars, but some are douche bags.

What I mean by that is they assume your a girl and some other stupid nonsense. I laugh at them and then I just tell them, well at least I don't need to make my small package feel better to drive a straight line V8.

So, to your question, I love MINIs, they're awesome in so many different ways. You won't regret driving one daily. I've had V8s and V6s before my MINIs, and they don't compare to my R56.

Yeah, they are still cool.......but not as cool as my Dodge Challenger, that beats the MINI for cool looks and comments 2 to 1.

New or Old?

I like them both, but the new one is SO BIG! I'd love it for a second highway car but I wouldn't DD something that size.

I think on Planet LarryInL.A. you are missing an entire continent east of the US that cranks out sports cars and exotics that make JCWs look like riced up Ford Escorts.

Do two base MINI's out do one JCW? Because, darn, I was hoping that I was cool.

Is any MINI cooler than what there potentially is in Beverly Hills? Wishful thinking perhaps?

I'll take my 2010 John Cooper Works Mini and my 2005 Lotus Elise any day over any other sports cars.

I had a hell of a fun run with two new Mclarens out of Beverly Hills Mclaren the other day.

And yeah...I've done my homework. Check out my photoblog to see...http://www.lotustalk.com/forums/f23/...log-5-a-97819/

I'm new to the MINI scene all together, young And was still attracted to it. Maybe its because there is not alot around my area we just got a dealer maybe 3 years ago, but I have only had mine 7 months and off the top of my head can remember at least one half hour or longer conversation with some folks outside of work admiring my MINI. Still cool.

As everyone knows, the auto reviewer for the Rocklin Today paper is the nation's definitive source for what constitutes "cool."
