We live approx 150 miles one way from our dealership. I had been noticing a tiny drip on the garage floor under the wife's 07 Cabrio and made an appt for last Saturday at 9am. I thought the problem was p/s fluid from bottom of reservoir and turned out it was. However they asked me to come back in the shop to look at the car and I got nervous as I looked up and the pan was off. Marcos our Tech had noticed some staining around the gasket and got permission to drop the pan and change the gasket and a sensor while we were there. Over 1500 bucks all covered under warranty. High praise to Isaac Nichols, Marcos Markoulatos and service manager John Doolittle . They also had a 2012 MCS loaner waiting for us which was greatly appreciated. Great dealership if you are in the KC area!

 

I would have to agree...

Isaac has my car right now for an ignition issue. I bought it 3 weeks ago from a local non Mini dealer (for a great price) and last night the key stopped responding. Had it towed down to Mini and they started working on it this morning and are cutting me a great deal on the replacement key since i just got the car.

These guys are great!
