Great experiences with Helix, Detroit Tuned, Way, and Outmotoring. No bad experiences, yet.

I really don't understand what all the fuss is about if you don't like the thread just don't mind it and carry on.

I have purchased from Way, Outmotoring,ECS and Helix and so far they are all great.

I will NOT buy from MiniMania until they re think their prices, as simple as that. I agree that they can charge whatever they want but c'mon!!!! Let"s be real

I hear very good things about Pelican as well, I also like Alta but I haven't purchased anything from them yet.
Also and correct me if I'm wrong, I never see Anyone from MiniMania active in the forum like Way,ECS ect.... I could be wrong about this since I'm new

OK then, the door was opened and the title is 'Vendors' unspecified, so...
Unbelievably great! Deschutes Brewery / Black Butte Porter

Dealt with WMW and MotoringWerks, both were straight off the shoulder.

MINI MAINIA...good service, decent shipping time, but high prices...might be ok for some.

alta...no issues, ok price, did have website directions, bought a non-alta branded item, was fine, as advertised.

Helix...good price, best i found on the items i ordered, fast shipping, no issues. Also provides good, thoughtful insight and help on this site, so plus, plus.

Waymotorworks...solid buy, prices are competive on most stuff, and cheap shipping makes it cost less in total, good suporting vendor, stops in with help....once even called me on a sale with a question, and suggested a different product that was better!! Plus, plus, plus!!

Outmotoring...been a bit, but have gotten a few things...no issues...good selection, and has a good reputation.

Mini-fini...long gone..found them as were winding down in FL,....had good stuff, no issues.

Sometimes when folks complain about a vendor, imo, it is due to a customer that might be overaly OCD...i have seen threads where folks are livid over not getting a tracking number for 2 days or at all....maybe i am trustworthy, but when i oefer an item with 3-5 day shipping, i say great....and IF i can track it fot giggles great, if not....it just shows up in a reasonble time, as advertised, and i am.happy. a good price, and i smile, and anything else, and it is a bonus!!
A few very small operaters have come and gone over the years....sometimes shipping from their house as second jobs, or sometime dropping shipping 99% of stuff from a fufuliment company that acts as a middleman....while i like to support the small guy, sometimes these folks, with no storefront, or regular hours can be interesting to dealwith...dealing with a one man operation out of a garage with 0 employes can mean you have no contacts when the person goes on a vacation, bussiness trip, or in the case of dropshipping from a third party, no actual product on hand to have an opinion on....sometimes these folks have offered a lower price or special product, but imo, buyer beware...as a second bussiness, you are not at the top of the list...you are the " EXTRA INCOME" second job...

Mini Mania - purchased a new air filter for my 12 MCS JCW before I had the car- ended up being the wrong one - they were excellent - even though it had been 30-45 days since the purchase - gave me a return number - responded promptly to emails and calls - even though it was a special order I had all indication they would have taken it back . . . I ended up keeping it and using it and using it on the 06 MCS JCW
