When you get crazy with NCSExpert..

This happens.

The window opens if you press unlock twice and open the door.

It's called 'Easy Entry' and I think it's for climbing in the window. I think. It translates to 'for tight spaces'

In a tight space I'll wind down the window, it makes it easier to get in if the window isn't where you body wants to be.

I still don't get it. Is it for climbing in through the window?

In a really tight space you can wind down the window, then your lower half can get in through the open door, your upper half can get in through the open window. Your upper half might not fit in the gap if the window were up, it certainly makes life easier.
