blue tooth speaker not connected

Just traded our 08 convertable s for a 2012 countryman all4 s with the blue tooth package. The problem no one could hear a call from the countryman, upon checking the mic. so to move it to the left side, I found no wires connecting it. I cannot locate the wire that goes to it. Dealer too far away just for bluetooth fix. Any ideas?

There is no "just" when concerned with a warranty issue. You paid for this feature, and it's up to the dealer to fix it.

Why drive to the dealer 90 miles when it is a simple fix. Just plug the wires into the mic. It is just that the wires are not there or just tucked up out of site.

Is this a new or used car? If its new, clearly something wasn't installed right at the factory. If its used, it's possible that the previous owner broke something.
