How many dents does your Mini have?

We bought my wife's new "S" early this year.
First door ding which is more of a 4" vertical line was found on the front of the passenger door about 3 months ago.
Yesterday I found two more small dents on the same door closer to the door handle! The good thing is no damage to the paint.

Sure is hard to keep something in nice condition!

My son's freind is a SW for a Toyota dealer. One of these days I'll ask him if he uses a Dent Pro guy and have him get it fixed.

Wow. That's a lot for a year. My 1st Mini had 0 dents, just some stone chips on the bonnet.

My 2007 mcs has 50,000 miles and no dents. We look at parking out away from other cars and buildings as good exercise and a way to preserve our cars! Our 2010 Terrain has 30,000 miles and also has no dents.
We're in Dallas visiting family and most of the cars here, even fairly new ones look like someone stood 10 ft away and hit a bucket of golf ***** into the side of the car---both sides too!!!!!!

I have two small dents on the bonnet and a tiny one on the passenger door. All seem to have been done by rock chips and were on the car when I got it. Good thing the paint is dark, because you can barely notice it unless your washing or waxing it.

Most have heard of defensive driving wherein one drives so as not to prang their motor but few exercise defensive parking for the same reason. Try it, it works, though you might have to walk further. For everything you gain, you have to give something up.

No door dings so far, never will either...in contrast to the OP, it's quite basic and simple to keep your car in great shape with no dings.

I've used a paintless dent repair guy a couple of times and been happy with the results.

Sometimes there's no choice.

2004 MCS with no dents or dings.
Well, after PDR. I had a couple over the years but the local place cleaned up everything, every panel and a couple on the hood, for $225. Great deal.

I bought my MINI with two palm sized dents on the right barn door and called Dent Pro. They came out and fixed them for $150 and it looks as good as new.

I won't say how many my car has, because I don't want to jinx him.

I have a pretty noticeable dent right near my gas cap.. not sure where it came from or how it happened :( I generally try parking as far away from other cars as possible cuz it seems like people have no problems smacking their doors into yours!

When I got my little guy it had a ding in its back bumper. My first thought at seeing it, was that it kept the price a bit more affordable. Then I thought of getting a new bumper but now I think of it as something that enabled me to have my MINI, in the first place. It's a little reminder of just how lucky I am.

My 08' Justa had plenty, no matter how far I park. Now...with my 11' MCS, I park on grass and sometimes I even take up two parking spots since everyone in this world doesn't care for other people's stuff. I only have like few little tiny chips from rocks other than that, no dents for this guy!

I have a nasty crease under the passenger rear window. Still haven't figured out how someone did that. Very slight dent in the passenger door that is only visible at the right angle. I also have some bad scratches on my rear bumper from some jack*** who hit & ran my MINI while it was parked at work. Of course, the usual assortment of rock chips on the front end and two dings in the windshield.

Oh yeah, I have some transfer paint on some chrome trim around my front grille from when I hit the Armco at VIR. I keep it there as a reminder of what can happen when you lose control.

Zero. And that's a conscious effort to make sure I can park in an end spot, and if not, I either don't go or go to the next parking lot and walk. My car's also survived a container'd trip from Seattle up to Alaska and a ride on a vehicle truck, but that's more luck (and using a good carrier) than anything else!

Was driving down the highway back in May and some idiot ran over something in the other lane and it kicked up and hit the bonnet and gouged the paint and dented it.. Still haven't had a chance to get it fixed..

In California your car can get keyed for taking two parking spots - I take one, but make sure it's as good as I can get.

I almost hope you get some door dings if you're really taking two spots... that's a Grade-A jerk move, honestly.

My car has no dents, knock on wood. The hood was dented (from closing it with my hand in the "wrong" spot, evidently.) but I had a PDR guy pull it out, looks good as new. I have one small stone chip on the bonnet.

Danny, I only do it FAR away if you read what I wrote. Meaning there's no cars next to me and also no car would park 5 miles away like I do. I NEVER park near any car and nor will I ever lol.

Apologies Danny, I misread my dumb typo. I forgot to mention I parked far away but hopefully you understand what I meant. I always park 5 miles away from malls and grocery shopping. My work is privately owned so I park in my single space. Events I tend to pay the extra 30 bucks to keep it parked safe. I'm over getting scratches and dents from morons.
