Aftermarket Touchscreen Nav System

I came across this the other day and I was wondering if anyone seen it or had it installed? I am looking for a stereo replacement, so any other ideas will help me too. I have a 2007 cooper S

Just saw one of those while poking around on the internet. Looks like a full on Chinese knock off of the original navspeedo. I would also be curious to know if anyone has actually gambled the 700 or so to try it out.

Its worth noting that it runs on windows CE 6.0 so that isn't the best indicator :]

Here's another thread that looks pretty cool and is way cheaper:

The only problem I see with that is that it's not a complete replacement. I don't have nav and want to retrofit. But that is a way cheaper way to go if you do.

Has anyone tried this out in the meantime?
I was looking at the new ones sold by "Seicane" with the Android Version. But there are very few reviews on it - as I could tell, there are many people ordering this kind of aftermarket Touchscreens for r56, but there are few that make a review after installing them :(
