Bluetooth connectivity

Good morning! This is my first post not counting my intro!

I have a newly purchased 2011 MC that I'm loving so far. Iv'e searched the forums for a similar question but am unable to find a comparable situation.

I've paired my iPhone with the BT and that seemed fine. The problem is that even though it's paired, I'm experiencing inttermittent success with calls coming in through the BT.

In other words, when the phone rings, sometimes it will come through the BT and other times it will just ring through the phone as though I didn't have BT at all. This has happened during the same trip within minutes of the different calls.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

My wife's phone had problems while mine didn't so I finally had her take it out of it's clear plastic case and it has worked perfect ever since - is your phone in any type of case?

Actually yes. It's in a Lifeproof case. I'll give it a try without it and see how that goes.

Thanks!

I have a hunch your problems may be over!
