Took Prince Charlie out to a local park with my camera and did a "mini" photo shoot. Critique or comments welcome!

Hello, how is everyone in here? I haven't been on this website in so long! And how is everyone's MINI doing?

 

Doing well! Viv is just as dirty as ever! LOL!! I'm going to wash her this morn. I had to take her in because something was leaking out from the hood and a few other places and staining the paint and trim. Turns out it's a rust protectant goo (I can't remember the actual name..) that is layered under the car at port to protect it from the elements during transport. Most of you will never have the leaking problem, but when you live in the heat that is ATX, things tend to melt and ooze.
I'm ready for Texas fall!
Oh....and I am still waiting and hoping for a MINI goody bag. My dealer doesn't know anything about them.
I broke down and bought the bulldog key chain the other day.

 

Well I'm a little over half way to being able to play with the rev limiter. The self control needed is not even close to being funny!
O and pumkinhead you abandoned us in the waiting thread lol

 

Picked up my 2012 CMS All4 last night. Hmmm...think I should have gone with the black roof/mirrors.

Time to check in ... Little "Wicked" is pushing 3300 miles just had her first oil change, she has mad a run to Reno (1200 or so miles round trip)... She has changed a bit from the first day, she has had her windows tinted, chrome has been blacked out (either painted to match the car or plasti dip), calipers painted red, brake duct vents done in red, as were the side scuttles, and the rear spoiler (red plasti dip), added some LED's in the front and the back....

LOL three tries with the LED's, the first were too blue, the second ones were the right color but wrong beam pattern, finally the third set were just right, and matching led running lights ....

a couple more things to do for now.... lol

Wanted to share that I got a MINI goody bag in the mail! It was a nice surprise since I pretty much gave up on ever getting any freebies from MINI. Cute stuff!

I got my new Clubman a few weeks ago. He's awesome, but needs a name.
High Class Grey with silver roof and stripes.

 

I got one too! I especially love the MINI thumb drive, once I realized what it was!

 

Does it have videos of how to work the seat levers and other assorted things on it? I got that when I picked up my car. That and the free trash bag to hang over my gear shift were all the things that came with my car.

 

No. The package itself is a reusable bag with MINIs all over. There was the thumb drive (different than the thumb drive I got when I took delivery--this one looks like a toy car), mouse pad, magazine, pen, and more. I was surprised to see a package, since I didn't remember ordering anything! Nice surprise.

 

That stuff all sounds great! I am still waiting for my paperwork to get to the finance department so I can log into the website and start paying for this cute guy. Maybe then I'll get a package.
