Opinion please on mirror caps

Someone scratched my drivers side mirror cover and maybe it is the perfect time to buy the mirror caps I wanted. The question is which ones?
As you can see my car is dark grey with black stripes.
I like both the checkered and the union jack mirror caps, the union jack colors are black and grey.
What are you thoughts?

I have the checkered flag and love them, but I think I would vote for the Union Jack with your color Mini.

This is what I was referring to. I meant the black and grey union jack

Is the black jack basically the union jack in grey black and white?
If so that is one of my options.

I like the checkered , but agree that maybe on your colour the black jack might look better. Either way can't go wrong.

Yes.

And I too think those would look good on your mini.

Black Jack. I'd do those myself, but I've come to like my chrome caps.

The Black Jack is black, gray (or silver) and white, which would look very sharp on you car.

I would go with the black jack, they were made for your color combo.

Well, what can I say?
My opinion is obvious...
Your car is beautiful, BTW.
Oh, I really like the checks a whole lot too.

Personally I'm not a huge fan of mirror caps. If it were me, I'd keep it black. If you're set on caps, I'd go with the Black Jacks.

Is has been raining and I have not had a chance to wash the car, but here is a picture of the end result.

I did end up breaking my right mirror glass trying to get if off, then got the left cap off without removing the glass.

That was an $80 plus an hour and 1/2 drive to the dealer mistake

Looks great!
Sorry about the problems though.
I broke a clip off of one of my caps when installing them.
It isn't a problem, except when I go through a certain automatic car wash which pulls it off.
It took me 3 times to learn my lesson.
I know better than to be at the automatic car wash anyway.

I like those wheels on your clubbie - which one is it and can you show a close up profile. Just switched mine to black wheels but looking for something similar.
