MAP - Mini Adventure Project!
Hey guys! So I'm a new Mini Cooper owner. Yes, I mean NEW. It's been a week :D. I'm itching for excuses to go drive it and go somewhere with it. That being said, I WILL BE GOING ON MANY ADVENTURES and taking lots of pics!
But I want to see others too! So post a picture of your Mini on an adventure. Whether it be in the middle of the desert or Town Square in New York. Any adventure is an awesome adventure in your Mini!
Here's the start to my Mini's adventure. Her first day home

Winnie Goes to Solvang
Congratulations on your new friend! You will have lots of great times together. Winnie the MINI and I have enjoyed our club trips very much, here are some photos of one of our first trips with the club (Southern Calif. MINI Maniacs) when we went to the historic and picturesque town of Solvang, Calif. Solvang is a Danish town, full of windmill architecture and good pastry. Here is one of my favorite photos, when we first arrived and checked into the adorable hotel. Looking down on Winnie in the parking lot, before anyone else arrived:

And we all went to the Mendenhall Museum, a tremendous private collection (we had a private picnic on the grounds) full of Auto memorabilia and cars:

This is where we had our lunch:

And, finally, our scenic drive to the coast through twisties culminated at a wind swept beach, where we all ate a surprisingly good lunch:

We've gone alone, and we've gone with friends... we are always ready to go!

Here are a few recent pics.
I noticed I ticked over to 98000 as I parked at work. I'm glad I caught it since I recently missed my Jeep's 190,000th mile.

My Mini at the storage facility at the beginning of the last day of my move

I thought I'd take advantage of the early morning light with a few more pics. Not too bad for a cell phone camera.

Shot this while stopped at a light during a weekend cruise. Looks like a regular truck...

With just a touch of crabs.

Congrats on the new ride.
My MINIs adventures can be read about on my blog. Although I never did update it with recaps of last year's BRP or our club's Search for Sasquatch (guess I have some blog writing to work on).
