Mini Help needed PLEASE!

Greetings,

I have a 2003 MCS with less than 100K. My fuel mileage is down and it is running rough. I have had the spark plugs replaced and used a fuel injector cleaner, but it that hasn't helped. I have the instructions to reset the ECM. Has anyone done this and if so what are the risk?

No risk. Also check all of your intake hoses and vacuum houses might have a vacuum leak.
