Seat belt location

Does anyone have a solution for the placement of the seatbelt when it's not in use? It's awkward to reach so far back to grab it and I'd love to have it hooked closer to the seat or just within reach better.

The little black plastic slip that is on it, I take that and push it up to the buckle which in turns keeps the buckle against the plastic hole at the top.
