Pop-up advertisment

Is it just me or are any of you getting these annoying ads ever time you read thru a thread. Certain keywords are underlined and when you move the cursor close to that word this annoying ad comes up. Any ideas where that is coming from and how to disable it?

If it's any help, I don't get them. I use Firefox with NoScript plugged in. I haven't allowed ibpxl, vigilink, doubleclick or postrelease scripts.

I got tired of seeing that behavior in several BBSes I read, and so (after years of resisting) I finally installed NoScript on my browser.

I appreciate that the ad links help pay the bills to keep this place running, but with them showing up in more and more places I finally got fed up.

Google Chrome with Adblock Plus and NoScript, also running Privoxy. I don't see any ads anywhere.
