Can anyone tell me if Cooper Flags is still in business?

In a few days it will be 8 weeks since I placed an order with them. They haven't responded to emails or phone calls (as many others have discovered). I am about to cancel my order and put a hold on my charge card for them. 8 weeks is more than enough time to ship out an order!!!

Wish I would have known of their "issues" before I ordered and started waiting...

Time to go elsewhere folks. This is no way to run a business, IF they are still even in business?

Say NO to Cooper Flags!

Here is one recent data point:

I placed an order for 36 custom grill badges on 10 Nov 2011. Sent a separate email with the custom graphics file. I received initial processing notification via automated email on the same day.

No response to repeated email and voice-mail update requests for ~six weeks.

On 23 Dec 2011, received shipping notification via automated email. The badges arrived a few days later. The quality of workmanship was outstanding.

Conclusion: Most likely they're in business, but the lack of communication (particularly in the context of this and the multiple other threads on NAM of the same subject) should come as no surprise. Do business with them at your own risk.

Nothing I ordered was custom at all. Should have arrived within 2 weeks max IMHO.

If I send a cancellation email I don't even no if they will read it. Eight weeks is my limit, then will cancel and order elsewhere...

My fear is they will charge my account in the future and send them long after I have already replaced the order with a vendor that cares about their customers, then I have to deal with that. What a pain in the @$$ this order is turning into...

Has anyone used RAZZLE for stickers or magnets? (ADDED: THAT SHOULD BE "ZAZZLE", MY BAD!)

They seem to have a ton of stickers including anything custom you want and I see they make 3" magnets, but not sure if they are "Grille Badge" worthy???

I've had a couple magnets made on Zazzle. They're nice, but they're made like a campaign button but with a magnet instead of a pin. I'm not sure how weatherproof they are so I only use mine in nice weather (i.e., rarely up here in Seattle... ).

I cancelled my order from cooperflags as well due to no response. I'm gonna find a local company to do the roof graphic. The 3" magnetic badges from cooper flags were much stronger than the magnets from gobadges, but the wind still blew one off the front of my car. Not sure about razzle, but be prepared if your badges don't feel significantly stronger than a good refrigerator magnet.

I got my magnetic badges 4 years ago. I don't remember who i bought them from but I had the same concern that they would not stay on as well as one with bolts or clips. Completely wrong. Once on they are very secure. Added bonus is that if someone decides they want your badge it won't require them damaging the grill to take it. Badge is much cheaper than a grill repair.

I'm planning on ordering 3 vinyl stickers and will stick them right onto the 3" smooth metal grill badge holders. You could do that too up there in the rainy north and keep your magnetic badges for sunny days used over the stickers.

I like their:
1) COOPERS ROCK!
2) BLIND SPOT (may have this one done in a mirror image for the front grill so it can be read from a rear view and side mirror )
3) TURBO CHARGED (but checking to see if they can add a red circle with left down to right slash for a "NOT" TURBO CHARGED sticker , because Black Ice is just-a Cooper)

I can still use my custom BLACK ICE magnetic badge and look for 2 more to mix it up over the top of the more permanent stickers...
