Can't speak for anyone else, but you'll get them eventually. They are TERRIBLE with communication, and pretty slow, but they always come through in the end. It probably took me 3 weeks to get my order from them, but it came and I was pleased with the badges.

[edit:] Received the items from my first order (Nov 30th) this afternoon. Packaging says it shipped on Dec 22 from Texas.

As poster below stated, communication seems to be lacking with this company.

My badges are the flat magnetic ones, not sure how I feel about them, but I'm not going to wait another month to order domed or additional ones from this company. We paid for the fed-ex shipping, but they never sent the tracking info. Still waiting for my roof decal to ship...
Nick -

I ordered on 12/17/11 and immediately got an order confirmation, but nothing since. I emailed them 12/26/11 (assuming the order hasn't shipped because I haven't received shipping information) to add another sticker to my order, but no response yet. I plan to call them direct tomorrow, as I don't want to pay $5.50 shipping for a single $3.50 sticker. Will post up when they arrive...

I've also ordered a custom checker top and bottom with name across the center badge from GoBadges 12/21/11, but don't expect that to come anytime soon being a custom order. They state the expected timeframe, IIRC 6-8 weeks (ADDED: checked their stated time frame, says: Usually ships in 10-15 business days. So only 2-3 weeks).

Does anyone know if you can add the chrome rings to a standard flat metal grill or dual license plate badge holder?

Go Badges are over priced and try try to get you to buy their fancy badge holder which you don't need. You can check out www.motoringbadges.com also for some more options.

I didn't like motoring Badges quality and it took longer than a month to et my badge with NO contact from them. Go badges are a little pricey BUT they do have great deals runing all the time and give you 10%. I have never bought a full price badge. I did the starter kit at first. I like there holder I think the black ring that goes around it looks good. But that's just my opinion!

If you want Metal and enamel badges (going old-school), the place to go is http://www.qualitylapelpins.com/custom_grill_badges.php

There are cheaper places you can go to get into the $10-15 each range, but they wear much more quickly.

We have used them for the past 4-5 years at Metroplex MINI for our metal club badges (cost $20-25 or so each when ordered in batches of 20-30, depending on complexity and design, plus a set-up fee the first time you order).

Another vote for GO Badges.

Overpriced, but worth every penny . Ordered mine on a Sunday and got them on Tuesday. I hope they make more of the 3-D styles, they're great.

Thank you... that got a smile out of me.

It's just like my free advice... worth every penny you paid for it!

I do like that badge holder from GO Badges... it looks like there is a frame around the magnet, so you don't have to worry about the badge sliding off. A much more secure design.

Anyone know if Cooper Flags reads their emails and listens to their phone messages? I'm trying to add a sticker to my existing order, but can't get any response from my efforts to contact them. If they DO read their emails and listen to their phone messages, then the sticker has probably been added already and I have no worries. But, I haven't received an email confirmation regarding my request...

You should read this thread:

It includes testimonials regarding CooperFlags' responsiveness.

Well that explains it! I'm not doing what I'm suppose to be doing. That is, sit back, keep my mouth shut and wait... I should know better than to want to buy MORE of their products and combine shipping, that might take a little COMMUNICATION!

Thanks Gal-galad, I now see what I'm up against. I'll shut up and wait like a good mate.

Last Thursday I lost my "Don't Tread On Me" badge from the front of my car. Somewhere between driving on the freeway and getting my oil changed, it disappeared. Since Cooperflags STILL hasn't shipped my decal or replied to my emails, I decided to place an order through another company. Unfortunately, Cooperflags is the only company that offers the DTOM badge. Ordering a second one is kind of a worthless endeavor since it will likely fall off again.

I placed an order through GoBadges on 01/07/12 for two dome badges with the screw mounts, which came today too!

The packaging is pretty nice, with the little tin, but I think I'd rather pay less and skip the nice apple-esque unboxing experience. I also noticed the magnet is significantly weaker than the Cooperflags magnets.

Alas, I can't put mine on my car, because it's 30 miles away having the motor mounts and valve cover gasket replaced. :(

Just passed the 4 week mark on my Cooper Flags order and have no idea what is going on or if they are going to include the requested additional sticker?

I've got a couple of naked black circles just waiting for something to say to the world. Guess I'll give it another month to see if they come through. Sigh...

Don't feel bad. We placed an order with MotoringBadges.com on Dec. 21st. and haven't gotten anything back other then an order confirmation the day of the order. Hopefully it won't take much longer to get them!
