Need your advice on this guys and gals.

So I've been looking for an R53 for a while now. Been going back and forth wanting a facelift, but then again opting to save the money for a cheaper car. I didn't mind spending 8k or so for a 100,000 mile example but the car I found is perfect except for its milage. Purple Haze 05, premium, sport, and cold weather package. Car has 110k and is stock. Asking 11 but they told me they'd take 10. Now I normally don't mind higher milage cars, but I guess its a mental thing now that I see the over 100k club yet asking a high dollar amount which is understandable its still a newer car. PS module and motor have been done, but C\clutch has never been done though. Car seems clean in photos.

Does $9,500 seem insulting to offer? My biggest worry is how much value the car will lose if I sell it in 3 years with 150k. Is it worth the investment or should I save 2-3k if I can't get it for under 10 and just deal with not having the nicer tails and the reflector hids and the nasty steering wheel for a same milage 02-04?
