Mini Hitch Pictures

So, i finally received my hitch that my girlfriend bought for me from MiniDomore (MDM).it is sooo hard to contact MDM aka Brent Breon. and the whole time i've emailed and called, he's only emailed me 3-4 times w/o ANY calls back. it took nearly a whole month to get from OH to CA due to "back stock" and UPS left my package left my package out on MDM's dock. it took MDM a whole week to realize that UPS forgot one package. "it would be mine." but at then end when i finally received the hitch it only took about an 1.5-2 hours to install with the helpful instructions. (it would have been quicker if i grabbed all the tool at once) well let me know what you guys think! happy motoring!

will do OKCdancer. i've been practicing going up on steep hill from stop. theres no problem at all. the only thing that sucks about it from my side is that my MCS is a stick -__- backing up is a WORK OUT on my clutch cav muscles haha but other than that. it works great! im not sure if you can see it in the pictures but i moved the trailer tires forward to reduce the weight pt on to the rear of my MCS. when i actually put it on the ball of the hitch, it has less difference than having a rear passenger.

Moving the axle with the U clamps was a great idea! Good tid-bit.

Not sure if I would use my MCS on the ramp though. So I am cautiously curious!!

Been there, done that. I agree, they are really slow and flaky about shipping and getting their product out, but it is a great product. Another quip I had is that some plastic pieces on the bike rack I got from there were broken on arrival. I already lost one of the square covers for the rear valence.. I made the hole a little smaller but it still managed to fall out somewhere while driving. I need to think of a more creative solution to cover and plug the hole, let me know if that happens to you as well.

I sent emails asking about specific fitment concerns I had back in June and never received any responses.

If they can't respond to customer questions or reliably ship customer orders, frankly, the greatness of their product is irrelevant. I'm not going to order a product that I don't know whether it will work for me, don't know when it will ship and have no confidence that I will ever be capable of getting any support.

Would love to see how it does. I'd be so worried about slick launch pad but it sounds like you've done your homework!

yea getting tht hitch was such a stress! but it was worth it. idk about the bike rack though.. the only thing i got frm MDM was the hitch receiver. i dont know what those 2 square caps are for i still have'em but idk where they go haha. maybe they're not used on 05mcs. bt yea, it sucks in our position, cuz its such a hassle to get in contact with MDM. well hope you find a solution. nice mini btw! PW FTW!

FORSURE! I wounldnt have either.. but i geuss i emailed the guy at the right time. and i believe it was worth it. because any where else would be even longer, just cuz their product come from MDM. lol just like outmotoring. and i wasnt trying to spend 300+ on a hitch tht has to put holes in the bumper and the only attachments are frm them, btw tht runs about the same price as the hitch itself.. . but trust, i understand where your coming from and frm your point a view. i say dont order anything from them till you hear frm them. BUT i must say.. i am more than satisfied with my MINI hitch.

so! i took the MINI out to the lake and pulling my 3 seater yamaha jetski. all i gotta say is SUCCESS! i took a video and i will be trying to post it up by tonight. but if not, tomorrow forsure. it was a great neck breaker! i got alot of head turns and everything. but the only thing was tht i didnt see one mini from my place to the lake... usually i'd see at least 1-2 a day. but no.. couldnt show up any mini fams haha. owell. but yes my MCS can dock a jetski on and off with zero problems on the slippery ramp. OH and also my brother whos about 150lbs. stayed on the jetski. you'll all see soon enough on what i'm talking about. so yea, stay tuned. it'll prolly take a while to edit.. cuz i dont like all the chatting in the back round of my fam... embarrassing-____-

Yeah...too deep ...you don't want to get the tailpipe in the water...otherwise looks like it pulled it with no trouble...
