I ordered a Helix short shifter about two days ago and paid via Paypal. I was expecting a confirmation email or shipping email within the next 1-2 days but I still didn't receive nothing. I just sent an email to them and hopefully they respond back to let me know what's going on. Can anyone else share their experiences with them if you've ordered from them before? How long did it take to get your item? Did you have to email them also for a tracking number? etc. Thanks.

 

No personal experience, but if you search "minicorsa" with the search function, a bunch of threads come up.

 

Haven't ordered online, but did have them do an oil change for me. Small independent shop, really specialized in MINI's, and I've even seen the owner at a track day event helping a customer with a car. I don't know how they process orders (drop ship vs. on-site inventory), but I'd suggest calling them. Not a fly-by-night shop.

 

They have a lot of parts at site, but I think something like short shifter would be drop ship. Well respected shop in SoCal area.

 

Yeah they emailed me the next day saying it had shipped directly from Helix because they were out of stock at the moment. Tracking number was given in another email a few hours later. Good shop for sure!

 

Mini Corsa is great. I've had Danny, the owner, do a lot of work for me. Anyone in the greater LA area should look them up!
