Wow...guess I should not expect the badges I ordered anytime soon....or the email I sent today to get a reply. Aside from Todd's Mods and Go Badges what other vendors would you check out for badges?

I ended up going with gobadge. They have a huge selection, communicate well to their customers, and my order came fast.
Eventually filed a complaint about Tods Mods with my bank, and promptly got my money back.

Gaaa - I'm glad I found this forum, too. It's pretty frustrating - I ordered 38 days ago and have emailed toddsmods twice with no response. Obviously he's doing enough business that he feels comfortable ignoring customer complaints! I checked out the gobadge site and like the looks of those better. Plus, the installation looks a bit easier (I don't have to take my front grill off!). I've opened a dispute resolution with PayPal to get my money back.

ToddsMods sucks!

I bought 6 badges from ToddsMods.com... same problem of taking a long time to be shipped. But when I got my shipment, 5 of the 6 had the stickers on the wrong side of the badge so they only stuck to my car FACE DOWN! I emailed him, very upset. He emailed me back very quickly, apologizing profusely and admitting that they'd had a problem with their manufacturer, but he said he would send me 6 replacements plus one freebie for my inconvenience. He said they would arrive in a week. THEY NEVER CAME! I emailed him about 2 weeks later, no response. I paid via PayPal, so I filed a complaint. They contacted him and said that their ruling was a full refund but only if I mail the badges back "in the same condition I received them in". I told them in the beginning that since I was told by ToddsMods that I was getting a replacement set, I had peeled the stickers off and put them on the opposite side! And I have to pay the shipping to send them back! Total BS. I'm going to call them tomorrow and explain that, but my recommendation is this:

DON'T BUY FROM TODDSMODS! Nothing but a fraud!

I guess nothing has changed. It's been 3 weeks on my order with no response to emails. I hope he is at the dragon, i would love to talk to him.
Filing a claim next week.

It's been almost a month...

Placed an order for four [4] decals on March 3, 2014. Received a confirming where it said orders could take up to 14 days. After 21 days I sent an emai but still waiting on a reply. On March 27th he charged my card. I'm assuming he was either O.O.S. or that's when he checked his in box. I'm still waiting on my grille badge from GoBadges [placed same day] but that was a custom order.

Update when they arrive.

Guess what showed up today? My three decals. Good thing this new car owner wasn't in a hurry. My custom grille badge from GoBadges also arrived. Received a discount for the delay in production and a 2nd custom badge [not sure if everyone gets two copies].

Looks good.

I am with you on all almost all these points.

I ordered from him over three weeks ago and haven't received either the order or any response to an email I sent requesting an update. Because some posts here imply his deliveries can run up to month, I am going to give it until next week, where I will hit the one month point.

I've already gone to the website of the credit card company I used to make the purchase, located the charge Todd made and "test drove" the process to file a non delivery claim on it. If I still don't have the item by this time next week, I'll be back to the site and will file the claim.
