The cost if PV panels is also going to drop in the next few years, due to a new molecular manufacturing technique that allows the base elements of the panels to be manufactured thinner. This will not degrade the amount of energy produced, it will only make cost per unit go down.

Depends on the boat. Is it a sailboat? Or perhaps a cigar boat with 2 supercharged v8 engines with over 1200HP?
