If you have a car cover, you have an impromptu stand-up changing room under the hatch. Just lift the hatch up and drape the car cover over the back….

 

 

I used to change in the back of mine with my seats down. And that was getting out of a wetsuit! lol If there is a will there is a way!

yeap many clothes have been changed in the mini sometimes if i need to put pants on or take them off its easiest to get in the passenger seat and push the seat back all the way gives lotsa room. getting clothes off with the back seats down and now bonking your head is a challenge.



many nights on the road = many sweet dreams in the back of MINI also=]

its actually pretty comfty. you kinda just fall into that boot hole. but im a small guy i couldnt imagine anybody taller than say 5'10 trying to nap back there lol

Better than that time I changed out of a skirt into jeans at a red light (boyfriend was driving)... I forgot my car was so low until a pair of teenage boys in a lifted truck pulled up beside us with me in my underwear... oh well!

We've had an Element for the past year and grown complacent with the embarrassment of changing-and-other-stuff options in that thing... going back to a MINI will clearly leads to some encounters like yours, I'm sure...

 

 

The need has never arisen. Clever idea with the car cover though.

If someone lifted the canvas while I was changing they'd see a real Mini.
