Find out all the options your car has!!
The link is not just for new cars - note that the example posted above was for a 2010 build. The web page says:

I've had my Mini for a few years now. Still kind of in the dark about certain things on it. [FONT=Arial][SIZE=1][FONT=Arial][SIZE=1]

If you want to see if your car was equipped with them from the factory - punch the last 7 of the VIN into here:
http://www.bmwarchive.org/vin/bmw-vin-decoder.html
It will give you the factory build sheet.
No need to keep flogging a dead thread everyone.

Not sure. I figured that it could have something to do with the coil-on-plug ignition system, or possibly Conformity of Production (a European certificate of sorts relating to where the vehicle and parts were produced).

Appreciate the link, gave me some good info on the car.
Unfortunately it does not tell me if my '07 MCS has sport suspension or not which is why I was looking for the build data on the car. Is there a visible difference that I can find by looking at the suspension? Possibly another resource that gives more in-depth build data?
Thanks
