It might be better if we lose by a little bit than win anyway. I think the average person would be impressed if Mini came close while costing about 1/3 of the cost of the Porsche . If mini won everyone would assume it was rigged.

Where you driving the DS Clubman that got stuck behind the Laser Blue and White MCS in the 5:30 track session?
If so, that turned out to be a blessing in disquise for me. After I got around him, I had open track and really got to drive the car hard... Much harder than if I were with the pack. Unfortunately, I didn't have my GoPro camera hooked up for that run.
According to MINI, the P car stickered dor ~100k and the MCS was ~24k, so that's how they got to their number. Obviously, options on either car make a big difference.
Well if it was a plain S it was badged JCW. So I don't know what that means?
It was a plain, lightly-optioned MCS, CR/B w/ webspokes. The car that made a brief appearance in the video was a completely different car that MINI brought which was an actual JCW with the Factory Aero Kit and the JCW Challenge wheels.
I'm not sure if the person who put the video together realized it wasn't the same car or not, or if they just figured it was close enough and liked the clip... Who knows?
