Has anyone had experience with Mini trade assistance or the lemon law? I am starting the process of trade assistance in hopes getting out of my car. It has been in for service 11 times in the past year for issues with the top! I love my Mini, but I hate the convertible at this point!

 

I believe Lemon Law requires the same problem to have 3 repair attempts within the first 18 months of the car being in service.
